No Sh!t Cosmetics: Returns, Refunds & Guarantee

30-Day First Bottle Guarantee

We want your first bottle to feel worth it. If you buy your first bottle of No Sh!t® Pre-Wash Hair & Scalp Oil and you genuinely do not get on with it, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

This guarantee applies to the first bottle only and is limited to one claim per customer, household, or delivery address. It covers the product price of one 30ml bottle only.

Please include your order number, the reason it was not right for you, and a clear photo of the bottle and packaging. We may ask for the product to be returned for quality checks before approving the refund.

The 30-day first bottle guarantee does not cover repeat purchases, multi-buy extras, misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow usage instructions, or claims made after 30 days.

Original shipping costs are not refunded under this voluntary guarantee unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or your statutory rights apply. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we ask for the product back because of a fault, damage, incorrect item or quality issue.

Hygiene First

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept standard change-of-mind returns on opened, unsealed or used items, unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or covered by our 30-day first bottle guarantee.

To be eligible for a standard change-of-mind return, the bottle must be unopened, unused, with the security seal completely intact, and in its original packaging.

Online Cancellation Rights

If you change your mind after buying online, you must tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after telling us you want to cancel.

For hygiene reasons, this cancellation right does not apply to sealed cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed, used or tampered with after delivery, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Returned items must be unopened, unused, sealed and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Where a valid online cancellation applies, we will refund the product price and standard delivery cost originally paid. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery amount will be refunded. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided valid proof of return.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Our glass bottles are premium, but the post can be rough. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, leaking, incorrect or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. No faffing.

This does not affect your statutory rights if your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Please ensure returns are sent via a tracked service. We cannot refund returned items that are lost on their way back to us unless you can provide valid proof of return where required.

Non-Returnable
  • Opened, unsealed or used products outside the 30-day first bottle guarantee
  • Repeat purchases or multi-buy extras under the guarantee
  • Items damaged by misuse, accident, incorrect storage, or failure to follow instructions
  • Claims made outside the stated timeframes, unless your statutory rights apply
Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed after approval and, where a return is required, after we receive the item back or receive valid proof of return. Refunds normally take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
