Welcome to No Sh!t Cosmetics, operated by NOSHI COSMETICS LTD. This website is powered by Shopify and offers our small-batch cosmetic products, including plant-based pre-wash hair oil. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Section 1: Access & Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or place an order. You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the security, operation or availability of the website.

Section 2: Products & Product Information

Our products are cosmetic products designed for external use only. Our current focus is plant-based pre-wash hair oil, designed to help hair feel softer, smoother and less stripped after washing. Product descriptions, usage guidance and ingredient information are provided for general information and should be followed carefully before use.

Due to the nature of small-batch production and plant-based oils, slight variations in aroma, colour or texture may occur between batches. This does not normally affect the quality or intended cosmetic use of the product.

Section 3: Safe Use

Products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on broken, irritated or damaged skin. We recommend carrying out a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, stop use immediately. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the product label, ingredients list and usage instructions before use.

Section 4: Orders, Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, offers and availability at any time. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or we identify an error in pricing or product information.

Section 5: Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination and external factors outside our control. As a small-batch, family-run brand, we usually process orders daily after 18:00 GMT.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available. If there is a delivery issue, please contact us and we will work with the courier to help resolve it. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Section 6: Returns, Cancellations & Hygiene

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, cancellations and refunds. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, items that have been opened, used, unsealed or tampered with may not be suitable for return for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

Legal Provisions

• Intellectual Property: All website content, branding, product names, photography, graphics, copy, digital assets and other materials are owned by or licensed to NOSHI COSMETICS LTD and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
• Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOSHI COSMETICS LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
• Website Availability: We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website at any time.
• Governing Law: These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
