Small Batch, Real Care

We are a small-batch, family-run brand. Every order is carefully packed by hand before dispatch. We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and packed on working days after 18:00 GMT. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

As a small family-run business, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, bank holidays or launch drops, but we always aim to get orders moving as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Schedule

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually packed that evening and dispatched on the next available Royal Mail collection or drop-off.

Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.

Rates & Transit

We ship via Royal Mail for a flat rate of £3.95. Most orders arrive within 2–3 working days from dispatch, although delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail, location, weather, bank holidays or other external delays.

Damaged or Leaking Orders

Glass can be fragile. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or not as expected, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.

Where your item has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will work quickly to put it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
